Fit Guide

Better fit starts with better measurements.

Use this guide as your starting point for underwear, swimwear, and lounge styles. Product-specific notes on each item page still matter, especially when a cut is intentionally brief, short, or fitted.

Fit Philosophy

Thique silhouettes are built to feel close, clean, and supportive without unnecessary bulk. If you prefer a compressive fit, stay true to size. If you prefer more ease through the waistband or thigh, size up.

  • Body shape, fabric stretch, and personal preference affect fit more than height alone.
  • Use the product page notes for style-specific fit comments, especially for fitted briefs and shorter swim inseams.

Underwear Sizing

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist and compare it with the ranges below. If your measurement sits between sizes, choose based on the feel you prefer: secure and close, or softer and more relaxed.

  • S: waist 71 to 76 cm | 28 to 30 in
  • M: waist 77 to 82 cm | 30 to 32 in
  • L: waist 83 to 88 cm | 32 to 35 in
  • XL: waist 89 to 96 cm | 35 to 38 in

Swimwear Sizing

Swim shorts are intended to sit clean on the waist with enough room for movement through the hip and leg. If you plan to wear them lower on the waist or want a roomier holiday fit, size up one step.

  • S: waist 72 to 78 cm | 28 to 30 in
  • M: waist 79 to 84 cm | 31 to 33 in
  • L: waist 85 to 91 cm | 33 to 36 in
  • XL: waist 92 to 98 cm | 36 to 39 in

How to Measure

Use a soft tape measure over bare skin or a thin base layer. Stand naturally, keep the tape level, and avoid pulling it too tight. For best accuracy, measure twice and use the larger number if the results differ.

  • Waist: around the narrowest part of your torso.
  • Hip: around the fullest part of your seat if you are between sizes or buying a fitted style.
  • Inseam preference: check product details because shorter cuts feel more compact even when the waist fits correctly.
Frequently Asked

What if I am between sizes?

Choose the smaller size for a more sculpted fit or the larger size for everyday ease. If you want help with a specific product, send us your waist measurement and the item name.

Do all fabrics fit the same way?

No. High-stretch knit styles feel more forgiving, while structured swim fabrics can feel firmer on first wear. Product descriptions call out notable fit differences when needed.

Can support recommend a size for me?

Yes. Share your waist measurement, usual size in other brands, height, weight, and whether you want a close or relaxed fit. Our team can suggest the best starting point.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Size exchanges depend on stock and hygiene conditions. Please review the shipping and returns page before opening a request.

Measurements are guides, not guarantees. If you are buying for the first time and want the safest recommendation, message support before checkout with your body measurements and preferred fit.

Still unsure about size?

Our team can suggest the best fit if you share your measurements, preferred silhouette, and the item you want to buy.
